Mosaic Session IPA – An IPA With a Difference
One of the things that makes this beer unique is its use of the Mosaic hop. This hop variety, which originated in the United States, is known for its tropical fruit flavors and aromas. The hop is a combination of several other hops, including Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra, which gives it a distinct flavor profile. The Mosaic hop has a strong aroma of tropical fruit, as well as a slight piney flavor that makes it stand out from other IPAs. The addition of mosaic hops to this beer gives it a unique flavor that is both light and refreshing.
The malt bill of the beer is also quite unique. It is composed of two-row pale malt, which gives the beer a light color and a delicate malt sweetness. The malt is then balanced by the addition of wheat malt, which adds a slight sweetness and a smooth finish. The beer is then dry hopped with the Mosaic hop, which gives it a tropical aroma and flavor. The beer is then fermented with a neutral ale yeast, which allows the hop flavors and aromas to shine through.
The Perfect Beer For Any Occasion
The Mosaic Session IPA is the perfect beer for any occasion. Whether you are enjoying a night out with friends or just relaxing at home, this beer is sure to please.
