Welcome to the Handprint Acorn Craft Tutorial

Arts and crafts are an excellent way to stimulate the creative side of our brains. With a few simple supplies, you can make a delightful handprint acorn craft that is sure to delight the entire family. This craft is easy to make and uses supplies that you may already have in your home. So, let’s get started!

Gather Your Supplies

The supplies that you’ll need to make this handprint acorn craft are: an empty toilet paper roll, an empty paper towel roll, some brown and green construction paper, scissors, glue, and markers. If you don’t have the construction paper, you can always substitute with other types of paper, such as newspaper or wrapping paper. You’ll also need a clean surface to work on, such as a table or counter top.

Let’s Get Creating!

Once you’ve gathered your supplies, you can begin creating your beautiful handprint acorn craft. Start by taking the empty toilet paper roll and cutting it in half. Take one of the halves and cut a small strip out of it. This strip should be about an inch and a half long. This strip will be used to form the stem of the acorn.

Next, take the empty paper towel roll and cut it into four equal parts. Take one of the parts and roll it up in a ball. Place this ball onto the cut toilet paper roll and glue it in place. This will be the top of the acorn.

Take the construction paper and draw two acorn shapes. Trace your hand onto the paper and cut out the hand shapes. Glue the hand shapes onto the top of the acorn and let dry. Once the glue has dried, you can take the markers and color the acorn and the hand shapes.

Finally, you can add the stem to the acorn. Take the small strip that you cut out earlier and glue it to the back of the acorn. Now your handprint acorn craft is finished and ready to be displayed!

A Fun and Easy Craft

This handprint acorn craft is a great way to pass some time and get creative. It’s also a fun project to do with the entire family. Kids will love getting their hands messy and creating something special. And, once you’ve finished your project, you can hang it up for all to see!

Share Your Creation

Once you’ve completed your handprint acorn craft, don’t forget to share it with your friends and family. Post it on social media or send it out in an email. This is a great way to show off your creativity and make someone’s day brighter!
