DIY Snow Globe

Snow globes are a classic winter craft that kids of all ages will enjoy. To make a snow globe, you will need a mason jar or similar container, white glue, glitter, glycerin or baby oil, and a figurine or other decoration. Start by applying a layer of white glue to the inside of the jar lid. Sprinkle the glitter and decorations onto the glue and let the lid dry. Once the lid is dry, fill the jar with water, glycerin and a few drops of baby oil. Place the lid on the jar and turn it upside down. The decorations will stick to the lid and when you turn it over, the glitter will float around the figurine in the jar. This is a great way to make your own North Pole snow globe, and it’s a fun craft to do with the kids.

Fancy North Pole Ornaments

Making ornaments is a fun and easy way to get your kids into the holiday spirit. Gather up some materials like cardboard, construction paper, felt, glue, and glitter. Cut the cardboard and construction paper into shapes like snowflakes, stars, and Christmas trees. The kids can then glue the pieces together and add glitter and other decorations. Once the ornaments are finished, you can attach a loop of ribbon or string to the top to hang them on the tree. These ornaments will add some festive cheer to your holiday decorations.

Reindeer Finger Puppets

Finger puppets are a great way to get the kids involved in imaginative play. To make reindeer finger puppets, you will need craft foam, googly eyes, felt, and glue. Cut the craft foam into the shape of a reindeer head, with antlers and ears. Glue on the eyes, ears and antlers and let it dry. Cut out small pieces of felt and glue them on to the puppet to make a nose, mouth, and any other decorations you want. Once the puppet is finished, your kids can put it on their finger and pretend to be a reindeer from the North Pole.
